About Jennifer

Jennifer Kilian is a transformation executive who works where AI, digital product and experience-led growth meet. She was a Partner at McKinsey & Company in New York, where she led design within the firm’s digital practice and helped clients turn customer insight into products and operating change.

Before McKinsey she led product and experience design inside some of the world’s most demanding technology organizations, including Apple, Facebook, Intuit and IBM, and as a creative director at frog design and Hot Studio. She is Co-Founder and CEO of Cognition Capital.

At Penomic she advises the board on how institutions adopt AI in practice: how the people who make decisions experience the system, and what it takes for new tools to change the way work is actually done.
