Jared Yerian has spent more than three decades where finance, operations and governance meet under pressure. At McKinsey & Company he was a Partner and one of five people who founded the firm’s global Recovery & Transformation Services practice, building it across North America, EMEA, Asia and South America to more than 140 client-service professionals and over $400 million in revenue.
He has led clients through financial and operational transformations, Chapter 11 proceedings and stakeholder negotiations, served in C-level roles and advised management teams, boards and creditors. He later built the restructuring practice at Oliver Wyman as Senior Partner and Co-Lead of Transformation, and is now Partner and Co-Founder of Seascape Capital Partners, an advisory firm that brings AI-enhanced solutions to complex operational and financial challenges.
At Penomic he advises the board on financial methodology and select client engagements: how a firm’s definitions, models and decision rights should be made explicit so that people and agents apply them the same way.
