• Edit, customize, and export presentations
• Collaborate with team members (on applicable plans)

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid Plans: Penomic requires a paid subscription. Plans start at $9.99/month. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selection.

Credits: Some plans include a credit-based system. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period unless otherwise specified.

Refunds: Annual subscriptions may be eligible for pro-rated refunds within 30 days of purchase. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Resell access to the Service without authorization

6. Your Content

Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to content you upload to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your documents or generated presentations.

License to Us: By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, transform, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use all content you submit to the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Penomic and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our AI models, algorithms, and presentation templates are proprietary and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without our express written consent.

8. AI-Generated Content

Output Rights: You own the rights to presentations generated through the Service using your content.

No Guarantee: AI-generated content is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before use.

Professional Advice: Our Service does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Generated content should not be relied upon as such.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Penomic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using the account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
